How do I join?
Open the HelloTT app and sign in with your Google account. Sign up your family, with yourself or your child as the player, and you can buy a package straight away.
Which packages are there?
The Packages page lists every package with its sessions, validity and price.
How can I pay?
At the club in cash, by card or by bank transfer. Where the app shows Pay online, you can also pay by debit or credit card on Bank Muscat's secure payment page.
Is paying online safe?
You enter your card details on Bank Muscat's page, not in the app. The club never sees or stores your card number.
When does my package start?
On the day the club confirms the payment. It is valid for the number of days shown on the Packages page.
My card was charged, but the app does not show the payment.
While the app says that the payment is being checked with the bank, please wait and do not pay again. If the bank's answer never reached the club, the bank reverses the charge, and you can pay the order again.
How do I book, cancel or move a session?
In the app, on the player's page, or at the club. You can cancel or move a session up to four hours before it starts, or six hours for a package issued under the club's earlier terms.
How do I book a table or the robot?
Sign in to the app and open Book a table. Choose a table for 30 or 60 minutes, or the robot for 30 minutes, a day up to 14 days ahead and a free time. Pay at the club before you play, or online until 30 minutes before the start where the app offers Pay online. To change or cancel a booking, message the club on WhatsApp.
Can I get my money back?
The Cancellation and refund policy says when and how.
Who sees my data?
The Privacy policy says what the club keeps, why and who sees it.
