Welcome to HelloTT. By booking a session or purchasing a package, you agree to the following terms:

1. Bookings & Packages

• Packages are valid only within the stated validity period.

• Sessions are deducted when a booking is created/used according to HelloTT’s booking process.

• Packages are non-transferable unless approved by HelloTT management.

2. Attendance & No-Show

• If a client does not attend without notice, the session may be marked as No-Show and counted as used.

• If a client arrives late, the session time may be reduced to respect the schedule.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations/rescheduling must be requested in advance.

• HelloTT may reschedule or cancel sessions due to operational reasons; clients will be informed and offered an alternative time.

4. Health & Safety

• Clients confirm they are medically fit to participate.

• HelloTT is not responsible for injuries resulting from ignoring coach instructions or unsafe behavior.

5.     Club Rules

• Respect coaches, staff, and other players.

• Proper sportswear is required.

• HelloTT may refuse service in case of misconduct.

6. Privacy

• We collect basic client information for scheduling, communication, and service quality.

• We do not sell client data to third parties.
