Who we are

HelloTT Table Tennis Club is run by Sporty Life Dynamics LLC, commercial registration 1514756, No. 28, LG Floor, Panorama Mall, Muscat, Oman. The club runs the HelloTT app.

Your account

You sign in with your Google account. You must be 18 or older to create an account or to pay. A parent or legal guardian holds the account of a player under 18 and acts for them.

Keep your Google account and your PIN to yourself. You are responsible for what is done through your account. Tell the club at once if you think someone else has used it.

Packages and prices

The packages, their sessions, how long each is valid and their prices are on the Packages page. Prices are in Omani rial (OMR).

A package starts on the day the club confirms its payment and is valid for the number of days shown. Sessions not used by the end of that period end with the package.

Orders and payment

An order lists the packages you chose and their total. It can be paid for 48 hours; after that it ends without any charge.

You pay at the club in cash, by card or by bank transfer, or, where the app offers Pay online, by debit or credit card on Bank Muscat's secure payment page. Online payments are charged in Omani rial (OMR).

You enter your card details only on the bank's page. The club never sees or stores your card number.

The club issues an invoice for each order and a receipt for each payment. Keep a copy of them and of these terms; the app keeps them for you too.

Bookings and sessions

You book sessions in the app or at the club, within the package's sessions and validity. Cancelling and moving a session follow the Cancellation and refund policy.

A player follows the coach's and the club's instructions. Tell the coach before a session about any health condition that matters for the training.

Booking a table or the robot

You can book a table for 30 or 60 minutes, or the robot for 30 minutes, at a free time between 10:00 and 22:00, up to 14 days ahead. The prices are on the Booking page of the website and in the app.

Each booking has an order of its own. You pay it at the club before the booking starts, or, where the app offers Pay online, online until 30 minutes before it starts. A booking that is not paid when it starts is cancelled, and nothing is charged.

You can hold at most two bookings that are not paid yet. To change or cancel a booking, message the club on WhatsApp before it starts.

Disclaimer

The club takes care that the app and these pages are accurate, but the timetable, the coaches and the courts can change. The club is not liable for indirect loss. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the laws of Oman do not allow to be limited.

Sanctions

The club does not trade with or provide services to OFAC-sanctioned countries, or to persons and countries under sanctions that apply in Oman.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, which is our country of domicile. The courts of Muscat decide any dispute.

Changes to these terms

The club may change these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and a change applies to orders made after it.
